- Stretch and do a quick body shake every half hour to boost circulation and break the monotony.
- Try desk exercises or yoga poses that can be done without leaving your workspace.
Changing ingrained habits, especially when you’re juggling deadlines, can be tough. But give these tactics a try and notice the difference. Small shifts can lead to big health payoffs.
